This is actually a response to the blog entry made by KC in our official blogsite. Well, not that I really enjoy it, but when we shifted to dayshift, I haven't seen a single officemate who have fallen asleep. There were lesser lates (I suppose), and people are more active. However, along with these employee improvement, our response time is slower than before. It's not a big deal in our team, anyway, by Jairo Team (well, not the team but the management) made a fuss on it.
Anyway, here's an example of the improvement:
After the arrangement and is a dayshift:
But before the arrangement and was still a nightshift, here's how the office looks like:
See the difference? hehehe
The Jairo Team is shifting again. Their working hours will now be from 12mn to 9:36 am. hmmmm...I guess the second picture will be the situation again. SLEEPING is inevitable!!! Even if we say the employees should sleep whole day, in the evening, they will still sleep. Believe me, I've done that, and yet, I had fallen into deep sleep....hehehe

Indeed. Our body won't accept excuses. If its time to sleep, it will sleep, unless you do something drastic about that. ^_^x
So to sum it up, I will go for maximum sleep... sa akong shift!!! (evil grin)
