Solution to Frustrations

I'm really frustrated today? Why? Because I learned that I won't be coming home early tomorrow. I mean, I'll probably arrive home at around 2pm, and it's waaaaayyy too early than the last time I got so frustrated coming home late (I got home around 8pm, but I got the notice two weeks before that day, and was a little bit prepared --> it's the awarding ceremony for CS Elligibles).

But this time, I got the notice just morning. It's a new policy putting all evaluation on a Saturday, a policy that I doubt is even carefully planned out, and haven't been put into memo yet, and YET, it'll be effective tomorrow. I mean, who the heck in their right minds would do such crazy ideas, making a policy out of nowhere and immediately takes effect on the day it's created. It affects everything: the environment, the employees, and most specially, the admin-employee relationship. I'm really really frustrated. But I can't do anything, I'M JUST AN EMPLOYEE!!!!

Back when I was in college, and was frustrated, I'm gonna tell my roommates, "Inom ta, ako palit" (Let's drink, my treat). Sometimes, we actually did that, but most of the time, they'd comfort me in a different way: listen to me, telling funny stories, and even going out and have dinner or just some "gimik". Now that we're all busy, we can't go out anymore like we usually did.

So what's my solution now? Cry a little, call my husband (who never failed to comfort me), play online games, surf the net, and sing with the music on my officemate's speaker. So boring. But let's me forget of my frustrations.
