Gil's Last Episode

You might wonder who Gil is.  Well, Gil (full name Gill Grissom), is a forensic entomologist that is also the night-shift supervisor in the series CSI.  I've been watching CSI since I got back from Cebu, but sadly, didn't start with Season 1, I don't know what season it was.  Luckily, my former officemate is also a CSI fan, so I borrowed his copy of seasons 1-4.

Anyway, AXN is airing CSI Season 9 every Wednesday night at 10pm.  In last week's episode, Gil announced that he'll be leaving CSI for good, and told everybody that he wanted Catherine to take his position so that he be sure that they will be of good hands.  So tonight, he leaves.  He solved his last case, together with a new character, Professor Ray Langston (played by Laurence Fishburne, and I'm hoping he'll stay, but I don't know yet).  After solving the case, he went to see Langston and offered him entry-level position in CSI.  But as I've said, I don't know if Langston will be returning the next episode.

So there, Gil's leaving. Packed his things from his office, took a walk around CSI observing his colleagues, then left.  Towards the end of the episode, I was telling myself, "Please let Sara be there!  Please let Sara be there!"  And there she is!  After leaving the office, the next plot was, Gil taking a hike in a forest, holding a GPS, and finally arriving at his destination.  And Sara faced him.  And they kissed.... ***in love***

Personal note, I really cry at goodbyes, whether it's death or just simply leaving.  But I like this goodbye.  Yes, I was teary-eyed in the end, but I was satisfied.  Now I wonder, what will CSI be without Gil?  Hmmmm...

Fita Commercial

I've already seen this commercial weeks ago (or was it months ago?) but didn't have the chance to blog about it...either I was busy or forget about it.

Anyway, what I'm trying to say is, I really enjoy watching this.  The first time I saw this, I was really laughing so hard.  My family also thinks the same way.  When my mother saw this, her first reaction was "Ay! Bobo (dumb)!". hahaha!

So here it is.  Sharing this for laughs.

It Started With A Kiss

I really love this Taiwanese Series.  Genre is Comedy/Romance.  This is a story about a young, not-so-intelligent girl, so in-loved with a super genius, cold-hearted boy.  It all started when the girl (Yuan Xiang Qin) attempted to give a love letter to the boy (Jiang Zhi Shu).  Well, the boy didn't accept it anyway, but that was the start of their unusual story.

Xiang Qin's father is Zhi Shu's father's best friend.  So when Xiang Qin's house was destroyed by an earthquake, the two of them moved in with Zhi Shu's family.  Their parents, specifically Zhi Shu's mother, want them to end up together.  So there goes their crazy, yet very romantic love story.

This series was release on year 2007.  And I've some, I guess most, of it's 30 episodes twice.  But it still gives me the chill while watching this series.  This is one of the TV series that I would love to watch over and over.

Suzuka

I just finished reading this manga yesterday. It's a story of two high school students who fell in love with each other. Well, the boy already fell for her the first time he saw her, and the girl eventually developed her feelings for him.

Typical love story? I don't think so. But what made it amaze me is its plot. It's quite similar to what happened to me and my husband. Each chapter I read, I remember my husband more, I MISS him more. I always remember how we were when we were still together. And it's really pretty similar to the manga.

Anyway, I really recommend this manga. I almost cried at some chapters. Just a precaution, it's a little bit ecchi. Hehehe

"THE" Anime

It's THE anime that started it all. Yu Yu Hakusho I mean. I first watched a movie on Yu Yu Hakusho, the one with the five gates, being shown in ABS-CBN. And after watching it, my passion for anime started.

Well, GMA 7 started the series weeks after the movie in ABS-CBN. And since then, I've watched every single episode of Yu Yu Hakusho (Ghost Fighter in GMA). Back then, I've known the characters as Eugene, Alfred, Dennis, Vincent, Jeanny, Susie, Sharlene, Mikaela, Jericho, and Master Jeremiah. I was a high school student, but I've always imagined myself living in their world. That was my fantasy, my "fairy tale". And I never got over it. My passion continues with other anime like Weiss Kreuz (Knight Hunters), Fushigi Yuugi, The Slayers, Naruto, etc. etc. etc. Well, up until now, I still love watching these anime, and I still fantasize being in their shoes. I even have my own created anime charater in some of these series.

Anyway, no matter how many anime launches, Yu Yu Hakusho is my all time favorite. And because of that, I bought a DVD of complete episodes. I watched it day and night, whenever I have the time. And even though I've seen the series a lot of times, I still got the chills in most of the episodes, like watching them for the very first time. I love the anime.

So why am I telling it right now? That's because just this morning, I've finished watching the last episode of the entire Yu Yu Hakusho (yes, I've watched all 112 episodes). Funny, even though I knew the ending, I still had the chills and excitement. Finally, I still had the feeling of contentment after finishing the series. And I know from the bottom of my heart, I will never got bored of watching it over and over again. To Yusuke, Kuwabara, Kurama, Heie, Keiko, Shizuro, Yukina, Buton, Koenma, and Master Genkai, my support and love of anime will always be for you.

Pirates...Internet

I finally watched Pirates of the Carribean. I'm really happy, thanks baby. But the happiness isn't that complete because I was alone. I still prefer watching it with him. It's a good thing he downloaded the movie, we're gonna watch it again, together...(bleh!)

Anyway, I'm satisfied now. I've watched the movie, and able to finish the trilogy. I'm contented with that alone.

After the movie, I ate my lunch (at 3pm). Hehehe. Then I decided to surf the internet. I opened my Yahoo! Messenger, so that I can chat with my fiance. I was able to chat with him, but my account got a virus. Grrrrrrrrrrrrr...

I had this message to click for a link. The message was sent to all my contact. huuhhuhu....I guess the virus will be forever...*sob

I really hate internet cafes. I just wish I have my own personal computer in my boarding house, connected to the internet. *sigh

I'm going home, anyway. If I have enough money, I'll increase the RAM (so that it won't be that SLOW anymore), and connect it to the internet. *sigh

Movie again....Surprise...

I am actually doing nothing again. I was browsing thru our Test Director a while ago, but now, BUM!

From my last post, I shared that I wanted to watch Pirates of the Carribean, but he didn't allow me. I felt so down because I planned it for days, but I was disappointed. Monday night, I asked for his permission again (so that I could watch yesterday), and he said no, but later said, OK. I was happy that he did say yes, but that happiness was actually gone because from his tone, I know (I believe), he wouldn't want me to go.

He was like: "Tan-aw na gani Pirates, para sa aku-a...(Go ahead and watch Pirates, for me)", but I just know that he'll make me feel sorry for watching it alone. He always does that, making me feel guilty.

So there, as I said in my previous post, I didn't watch the movie, I went to the office, and do nothing. I was frustrated, but I can't do anything.

This morning, he was telling me again to watch, but it's too late (maybe not). He was asking for forgiveness, that I can watch the movie. OK, let's see. So at noon, I decided, OK, I'll watch tomorrow. I'll take a day off, rest in the morning (just as I planned for yesterday, supposedly), and watch the movie in the afternoon.

Anyway, my fiancee told me this morning that he had a hunch, I'll receive a mail. I don't want to put some hopes and be disappointed again so I told him not to tell me about his hunch. Of course, I didn't believe him (again...*sigh). But at noon, when I got back from lunch, the front desk called, and said I have some flowers. I was shocked, and I couldn't believe the operator as well. I inquired, "Sure??? Mamugay???" He said yes, and from my husband...hehehe

It's really a surprise 'coz I can't think any reason why he would send me some flowers. I also thought, "What's the date today?" It's June 13 and from what I remembered, there's no occassion. I was actually cursing, and asked him what about those flowers.

In the note, he was apologizing, wanting me to watch. Well, the flowers didn't really help, since I already forgave him before the roses came in. But I must admit, it was kinda cute. He really sent some flowers for my apology. ^_^ Well, that's sweet.

*sigh
At least now, I'm happy that I can watch. He's happy that everything's fine between us, now. And most of all, I'm really happy because there's no fight today, we didn't fight. ^_^

I really miss him.
